Oh, No! I Entered My Address Incorrectly For My Order. How Do I Change It?

Simply email us at helpme@spikeball.com within 60 minutes of placing your order, and if it has not yet shipped, we will change the address before it does! 

If you are noticing the wrong address because you received a shipping confirmation email then you may be out of time to make the change.  Please make sure you let us know as soon as possible that the address is incorrect.  In some rare cases there may be an additional fee associated to re-shipping your order. Wrong addresses are typically user error and we do our best to fix them but sometimes a few slip by. Our systems do their best to auto correct bad addresses but 99% of the time what shows up on the shipping label is what was entered in at the time of placing your order.
