Oh, No! I Entered My Address Incorrectly For My Order. How Do I Change It?
Simply contact us at helpme@spikeball.com within 60 minutes of placing your order. If your order has not yet shipped, we will change the address before it does!
To ensure that we catch your email and order in time please provide us with the below information.
Email Subject: "Help Help, I Need To Change My Order!
Email Body: Please include order number, first and last name, and the new shipping address.
Please make sure you let us know as soon as possible that the address is incorrect. If you are noticing the wrong address because you received a shipping confirmation email then you may be out of time to make the change. Our systems are set to auto-correct invalid addresses and we do our best to fix them, but sometimes a few slip by.
